What are the different shipping methods & carriers ?

We can ship packages with Japan Post and Fedex. All shipping methods include an insurance and a tracking code. However due to strict restriction (ward, pandemic, natural disaster...) the available methods depends on country. For more detailed information, please check our Shipping Methods page.

How long does it take for my package to be delivered?

We ship worldwide but some items may not be eligible for international shipment due to mailing restrictions set by Japan Post or Fedex. Can you ship marked as a GIFT or write a lower value on the package invoice?

We cannot ship "marked as a gift" or write a lower value on the package invoice because we are a company. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price. All these charges/fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please read our conditions.
