Return Policy

The following page complements our return and refund section of our Terms and Conditions page.

Packages may be returned for several reasons (product damaged, missing item, manufacturer defect, product not needed anymore...), our return and refund policy will strictly follow the guidelines below.

Case of wrong product.

In case our website delivered a wrong product(s) (different color, different product...), we will return the product(s) with our own expense and refund the return shipping fee prepaid by the customer from a payment method available in our website.

Case of missing item(s).

In case our website delivered a product(s) with a missing item(s), we will return the product(s) with our own expense and refund the return shipping fee prepaid by the customer from a payment method available in our website. If the missing item(s) is available and if the customer agreed, we will ship the missing item with a compensation as soon as possible instead of processing the return of the package received by the customer.

Case of damaged product.

In case the customer received a damaged product directly visible on the body part, we will return the product(s) with our own expense and refund the return shipping fees prepaid by the customer. However we won't accept return because of damage on the product package.

We assumed that our products are shipped in a proper and safe condition. However sometimes, the product original packaging may be damaged during transport; in such case, please do NOT open the shipping parcel(Japan Post or Fedex) and take a picture as proof of damage to the outer packaging. Then you will able to claim compensation from the shipping carrier (Japan Post or Fedex).

Case of "not needed product".

Some customers may be in a hurry while placing an order(price is very cheap, discount will end soon, expectating a long shipping delay...) and finally changed their mind after placing the order. In most of case, the customer will able to return the product but on his own expense and we will substract the shipping fee from the order total amount. Also the return may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% depending on the returned product condition and the return reason. That's why we strongly recommend our customers to take their time before placing an order and contact us, we will kindly answer to all questions as soon as possible.

How to return a product

No Product(s) shall be returned to our website unless :

- The Customer has completed and filed a Request for Return Form (showing the order ID and other identifying numbers) from the customer account page.
- Our website has notified the Customer by email that the Customer may return the Product(s) to our office address.
- The item must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
- The Product(s) is returned in a clean and well packaged condition.

Once the return request has been accepted, the customer can return the product to the following address :

Once our company receives the customer returned product(s), we will process the customer return within 2 business days. Depends on the customer choice and return reason, we will process the return as the following:

-Refund the customer from a payment method available in our website.(*)
-Credit the customer wallet from our website.(*)
-Exchange for the same ordered product or different color/product depends on product availability and price.

Refund Policy

Depends on the returned product condition and the return reason, the refund amount may be less than the order total amount. Please check the following guide that shows our refund policy:

-Case of wrong product, missing item, damaged product: order 100% refund with a compensation.
-Case of not needed product : order partially refund, shipping fee will be substract to order total amount.

Restocking fees:(% of product's price)

-Return reason is "product not needed": 10%
-Returned product has been opened: From 5%~
-Returned product has damaged on the package: From 5%~
-Returned product has severe damaged: up to 50%

In case the Return reason is "product not needed" and the product returned has been opened, restocking fees will be 10%+5%~= From 15%~ of the order total amount. So please take your time and be sure before placing an order.
