We can ship packages with Japan Post and Fedex. All shipping methods include an insurance and a tracking code. However due to strict restriction (ward, pandemic, natural disaster...) the available methods depends on country. For more detailed information, please check our Shipping Methods page.
We ship worldwide but some items may not be eligible for international shipment due to mailing restrictions set by Japan Post or Fedex. We cannot ship "marked as a gift" or write a lower value on the package invoice because we are a company. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price. All these charges/fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please read our conditions.
We actually accept Bank Transfer (wise.com), Cryptocurrency, Paypal, Stripe and Credit Card. For more details, check our payment methods page.
We accept most of currencies if you pay by wise or cryptocurrency. However we accept only Japanese yen if you pay from Stripe/Paypal/Credit Card
X points are points rewarded for actions such as registering an account, payment completed, product points... 1 X point equals to 1 Japanese yen.
As far as you own both X points and X credits on your account, you can use both to pay and save on the total amout.
The warranty depends on products. Most of electronical products are under warranty. Contact us before your order is you want to be sure.
There are two types of International warranty. Some products may already have a repair service in your country others not. If the warrany does not apply in your country, we will be the intermediary between you and the product manufacturer in Japan.
If an English manual is available for your product, we will provide you the url or add it to the package.
Most products are 100-220V compatible. If needed, we will include an adaptater for your country. If you want to be sure before placing an order, please contact us.
